Load tests failing on new radiant test servers

Purpose: Issues similar to load tests failing on servers can be resolved by the following steps:

Procedure:

• Change the log level of vds_server logs from DEBUG mode to ERROR mode.
• DEBUG logging has an impact on load tests.
• Changing the log level back to ERROR should resolve this.
• Update and perform the load test again.
