1. Stop FID services on all the nodes in the cluster using the following command: $RLI_HOME/vds/bin/advanced>stop_servers.bat.
Please execute this command on followers first and the on the leader node at the end in that order (so that the leader is the last one stop)
2. Check and stop any lingering java processes on the servers
3. Once, all the FID services are down. rename the folder "cn_queue" located at $RLI_HOME/vds/vds_server/data. Do this on all the nodes.
4. Please follow the below order to restart the servers gracefully.
5. Start the management_console service for the leader node
6. Start the vds_server service on the leader node
7. Now start the management_console service for all the follower nodes one by one.
8. Next, start the vds_server service for all the follower nodes one by one.
9. Re-initialize the cache:
- Go to Pcache monitoring tab > Select a cache
- Go to tools >Stop all connectors
- Go to Directory Namespace tab, select cache-> hit the Initialize cache button.
- After successful initialization completion, go back to Pcache monitoring tab> tools> and start the connectors for that cache
- Follow the same steps for reinitializing the second cache.
10. Verify the Queue status
