Definitions: Procedure to migrate or externalize an internal zookeeper to an external zookeeper cluster

Purpose: Using the Migration Utility (2.0 for the 7.3 version or 2.1 for the 7.4 version) we can migrate to an externalized cluster of Zookeeper

Procedure:

1-Deploy a new cluster environment with ZK external

2-In the previous cluster use the migration tool to create a migration export

3-In the new cluster use the migration tool to import the configuration exported in step 2

Additional notes and resources: This is a best practice and recommended way, since converting the existing cluster from local ZK to External ZK, would require some manual intervention and editing files, that are prone to mistakes and any mistake in this process will be very costly, and can compromise the cluster stability, Therefore it is important to follow the steps carefully, both those exposed here and those that the Migration_Utility_Guide_v2xx explains.
